Great Sleeping Experience

Convenient Parking Options

I appreciated the guest parking available at the resort. It made it so much easier for us to come and go without worrying about where to park. While on occasion the covered parking was limited, we never had a major issue. It was a significant plus during our stay.

Our stay at this hotel was quite mixed. We enjoyed the beautiful view and the quiet atmosphere, but we encountered significant issues with the cleanliness of our room, which left us feeling uneasy. The staff were generally friendly, but the overall experience didn't meet our expectations for a resort spa. The location was convenient for accessing the marina and the town, adding a plus to our stay.

The staff were friendly but I encountered significant issues with the door locks during my stay that caused a lot of frustration. I had an absolutely dreamy holiday at Boathaven Bay Resort! The accommodations were clean, spacious, and the stunning views of the Whitsundays were the icing on the cake. The staff were incredibly inviting and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. However, the steep driveway made transporting luggage a challenge, and the Wi-Fi was disappointingly slow for uploading videos. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I'd definitely return.
